• Talk with faculty, advisor, coaches, or others about your choice of major and future goals
• Complete Focus 2 Assessments
• Take elective courses to explore other interests/areas of study
• Think about how your talents, skills, and interests line up with your chosen field of study

Prepare

• Activate and Utilize your College Central Account
• Create a First Year Resume & Upload to College Central
• Learn Internship/Job Search Basics
• Evaluate majors/minors and understand their requirements
• Monitor your social media presence

Engage

• Attend the Majors and Minors Fair
• Attend the Activities Fair
• Join at least 1-2 clubs or organizations that are meaningful to you
• Volunteer or find a summer job in something that interests you
• Learn about student employment/apply for an on campus job
• Complete a Job Shadow or Informational Interview

Network

• Join Thiel Connect and connect with at least 2 alums
• Attend Homecoming Career Conversation Panels & other alumni events
