Undergraduate Programs of Study

Thiel offers a range of undergraduate business degrees that have been designed to launch careers in healthcare-related fields.

Undergraduate Majors, Minors, and Certificates

Pre-Professional Programs of Study

The ability to communicate effectively, to gather and analyze data and to work as part of a team are all skills that are acquired because of that education. That is how Thiel provides the general background that professional schools expect. Students looking to enter a professional program can major in any field, but most often chose to major in a field related to their professional program.

Graduate Degree Programs

Our graduate programs equip students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to provide entry-level services to a wide range of clients and support their communities.

Experiential Learning and Campus Activities

Incorporating experiential learning into the curriculum is a hallmark of a Thiel education. For example, members of our nursing program recently traveled to the Dominican Republic and joined a team of volunteers to deliver much needed medical services to underserved communities.

Thiel’s Health Professions Institute enhances its student-centered liberal arts education focused on professional excellence. Key features include small class sizes, personalized mentoring, early practical application of classroom learning to health and wellness, and exploration of how literature, philosophy, and the arts inform the healing professions.

The HPI Seminar Series provide guidance and resources to assist in your preparation for medical, dental, veterinary, or other professional school. You’ll gain an understanding of different career options and what these professions involve and consider ethical issues facing the health industry today.

In their junior or senior year, many students take advantage of internship and study abroad opportunities to broaden their perspectives and deepen their practical knowledge of their major. These hands-on learning opportunities ensure students are equipped with the vital experiences that position them to start their career or pursue graduate education.
