Thiel College’s Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Healthcare Administration degree program will prepare you to fill one of these vital behind-the-scenes roles. By the time you graduate, you will have learned the leadership, management and communication skills you need to thrive in this growing field.

    Experiential Learning Opportunities

The best way to position yourself for your future role in healthcare is by viewing it up close. That is why all Healthcare Administration majors complete up to 150 hours of clinical experience at a site near campus before graduating.

You will get a firsthand look at the challenges administrators face, from ensuring the security and privacy of patient medical records to refining everyday processes. This real-world practicum provides career experience you can share with future employers.
