GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Thiel College students participated in the Northeast Greek Leadership Association Annual Conference, held Feb. 26–March 1 in Pittsburgh, Pa., joining fraternity and sorority leaders from across the region to explore trends in recruitment, philanthropy, scholarship and chapter operations.
The conference, a regional event focused on leadership development and fraternity and sorority life, featured more than 100 educational sessions, keynote presentations and workshops designed to support student leaders in campus-based organizations. Participants engaged in programming centered on values-based leadership, member engagement and organizational management.
Representing Thiel College were Leigha Kayser ’28, Joy Hudspath ’28, Cydney Wierzbowski ’27, Connor Brenneman ’29, Joseph Vagnier ’28 and Danica Escalante ’28. Each student attended sessions and networking events aimed at strengthening chapter leadership and enhancing the student experience within Greek life.
NGLA brings together undergraduate leaders, alumni volunteers and campus professionals to address current issues in fraternity and sorority life, including recruitment strategies, community service initiatives and academic success. The annual conference emphasizes practical skill development and collaboration among institutions across the Northeast.
