GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Thiel College Director of Career Development Jennifer Martin begins her first full academic year with the College with the upcoming arrival of new first-year students on Aug. 23.
In celebration of National Intern Day, Thiel College is proud to highlight the work of Martin. Since taking on the role in January, she has made an immediate and lasting impact—broadening access to internship opportunities and helping students gain the real-world experience they need to thrive after graduation.
This fall marks a meaningful milestone, as she will welcome her first full cohort of incoming students since stepping into her position. She is eager to engage these students from the start, supporting their growth from their first year on campus through their professional launch.
“I am excited about this role. Internships are a powerful bridge between classroom learning and real-world application. They give students the chance to deepen their understanding, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience that shapes their personal and professional growth,” Martin said. “More than just a résumé booster, internships provide students with clarity, direction, and the invaluable opportunity to turn knowledge into action.”
