GREENVILLE, Pa.-- The Weyers-Sampson Gallery at Thiel College is presenting a diverse showcase of student artwork throughout the month of April.
Under the guidance of Professor of Art and Curantor of Art Sean McConnor, M.F.A., students from various classes this semester have contributed their creative expressions, representing a wide spectrum of skills and backgrounds.
The works are by 36 students in the Panting the Still Life and Landscape, Drawing Anatomy, Drawing the Still Life and Landscape, and Extended Studies classes.
Alumnus Joe Pouliot’17 also has works included in the show.
“(Some students) might not have had art since eighth grade,” McConnor said, “but I undertstand that, so coming in, students of all levels can have a good experience.”
