Thiel College hosts Mercer County Guidance Counselors College Fair

GREENVILLE, Pa.—Thiel College will host the Mercer County Guidance Counselors College Fair in the Rissell-Beeghly Gymnasia from 8–11:30 a.m. Thursday, October 7. Members of the College community are invited and encouraged to attend.

Representatives of regional colleges, universities, technical schools, businesses, and the armed forces will distribute materials and talk with Mercer County-area high school students about colleges and career choices.

While participating in events held or sponsored by Thiel College, consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand washing hygiene and social distancing. Attendees at College events are required to wear face coverings indoors regardless of vaccination status to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19.

About Thiel College

Thiel College is an independent college founded in the Lutheran tradition. Located in Greenville, Pa., the College offers 60 majors and minors, 24 varsity sports, and an 11:1 student-faculty ratio. The College is also home to a Master of Science in speech-language pathology, a Leadership Master of Business Administration and a Management Master of Business Administration. Both master’s degree programs offer innovative and accelerated five-year paths which allow students to earn a bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years.
