The deadline for registration is July 9.
The camp is led by members of the Thiel College cheerleading team and coaching staff, who bring collegiate-level experience and training expertise to young participants. Campers will also be invited to join the Thiel cheer team during a select volleyball game and basketball game during the academic year.
The Thiel College cheer team has a strong tradition of competitive excellence and school spirit. Most recently, the team earned its fourth consecutive top-three finish at the 2025 National Cheer Association Collegiate Championships in Daytona, Fla. Thiel placed second in the Coed Collegiate Intermediate Division, building on a run that has included a national championship, a third-place and a runner-up finish since 2022.
“This camp is part of our commitment to giving back to the community and growing the sport of cheerleading,” Burnett said. “It’s a great opportunity for young athletes to experience the fun and fundamentals of cheer while getting to know our team and experience a college campus.”
