Thiel College sophomore and Greenville native earns Thiel Team monthly recognition

GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Ava Park ’22, of Greenville, Pa., was named Thiel Team member of the month for November.

Park is a 2018 Greenville High School graduate and an early childhood and special education major. On campus, Park works for College Advancement and the Office of Admission. She is a member of the Thiel Support Network and the Dietrich Honors Institute. She also organizes the Organ Donating Awareness Club.

“My favorite thing about Thiel is the community that supports everyone. Thiel is small but mighty. Even though I live in Greenville, I still meet new people every day on campus,” Park said. “I have grown so much as a person just by being at Thiel for less than two years.”

The Thiel Team comprises students employed by the Office of Admission. The students primarily serve as ambassadors for prospective students and their families, but they are also responsible for a variety of other jobs and including work on mailings, market research, telemarketing, event support and other administrative, professional and office duties.
