Welcome to Thiel College! Welcome Weekend marks the beginning of your college experience. It is designed to help you transition to campus, connect with classmates, learn about the many opportunities available to you, and start building a community that will support you throughout your time at Thiel.

Action Required Before You Arrive

Complete Your Required Forms Before Coming to Campus

The most important step you can take before Welcome Weekend is to complete all required paperwork.

Students who arrive without completing their required financial, health, and technology forms should expect delays during check-in. In some cases, students may not be able to complete the move-in process or receive access to campus housing until required documentation has been submitted and verified.

Completing these requirements before you arrive will make your move-in experience faster, smoother, and less stressful.

Proof of Physical Examination (if required)

Meningitis Documentation/Waiver

IT Agreement

Before leaving home, please log into your student portal and verify that all required items have been submitted and marked complete.

Move-In Day Instructions

Saturday, August 22, 2026

All residential students must first check in at the Passavant Parking Lot, located at 38 Packard Avenue, Greenville, PA, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Commuter students should check in beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Alumni Stadium before parking in the lots near the William A. Passavant Center, located at 38 Packard Avenue off Route 18.

Prior to Welcome Weekend, all students will receive detailed move-in information via their Thiel College email account, including arrival instructions and any updates. Please check your Thiel email frequently leading up to move-in day.

Students participating in August camps, preseason athletics, or other early arrival programs will receive separate move-in instructions from their coach, program director, or instructor.
