Begin your Thiel Story! Welcome Weekend is an important part of your Thiel experience—it is the beginning of four years that will shape your future. This program is designed to help you with the transition to college, to educate you about various on-campus opportunities, and to help you to begin forming lifelong friendships with your classmates.
Students participating in activities and athletic programs that have an August camp, will receive more specific move-in information from your respective coach or instructor. All students will also receive a mailing in August with information about your move-in times on Saturday, August 24.
Please report to the Beeghly Gymnasium parking lot located off of College Ave. Follow signs for Welcome Weekend. Once you arrive, you will pull through a convenient "drive-in" for new student check-in. Students will receive their weekend schedule and other important information for the day. If you have not finalized your financial aid package or business account information, you will be directed to meet with a Thiel representative prior to moving into your residence hall.
Please be sure to complete and return your Financial Arrangement and Medical Records paperwork. We are unable to allow you to progress through the move-in process until this paperwork is received. For questions about your Financial Arrangement paperwork, please contact Student Accounts Supervisor Stacey Yake at 724-589-2810 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. For questions about the Medical Records paperwork, please contact the Student Health Services at Health_Services@thiel.edu.

Coaches and/or program leaders will send specific information about move-in schedules and activities for August camps and programs. Move-in activities are planned by the coach or program leader for each respective activity.
