Welcome Weekend, the beginning of your incredible experience at Thiel College, will be on Saturday, August 22, 2026. This program is designed to prepare you for the college transition, educate you about various on-campus opportunities, and help you form lifelong friendships with your classmates.

• Prior to Welcome Weekend, all students will be emailed detailed information pertaining the August 22 Move-In Day. Please check your new Thiel email account often for up-to-the-minute information.
• Students participating in August camps and activities will receive more specific move-in information from their respective coach, program director, or instructor.

Instructions for Saturday, August 22, 2025

All students arriving to campus on August 22, must first check-in at Alumni Stadium (Gym) Parking Lot, located at 75 College Avenue in Greenville, beginning at 9:30 a.m. 

Commuter student check-in begins at Noon. Following check-in at Alumni Stadium, Commuter students may park their vehicles in the lots near the William A. Passavant Center which is across from campus at 38 Packard Avenue located off of Route 18. 

We ask all students to please finalize your "Must Complete" Financial Arrangement, Health Record, and IT Agreement items before you arrive to campus to ensure your check-in process has no delays and saves you time.

Must Complete Prior to Moving-in

Please be sure to complete and return your Financial Arrangement and Medical Records paperwork. This must be received in order to begin move-in.
