Thiel College senior linebacker Matt Crawford ’20 was among the 1,459 players from 367 schools that qualified for membership in the 2020 National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame announced Wednesday.

A look back at this year's speakers for the Ruth Miller Seminar

The Ruth A. Miller Senior Seminar class provides the opportunity for top students to meet and interact with individuals who have enjoyed distinguished careers in the corporate and foundation worlds. Thiel graduates who are prominent leaders in business, industry and finance address the seminar each spring.

This year, starting with the presentation by Mark Benninghoff ’82, the seminar format was as an online-only event.

Thiel College students can take a free online Information Technology course to see if they would like to work in I.T.

The free Information Technology Fundamentals Plus (ITF+) course is offered by CompTIA.

CARES Act information

The recently passed CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act) provides increased protections and benefits to health plans. These include enhancements to Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts that now cover over-the-counter products and telehealth appointments.

Communications collateral

Employees should update the logos used on institutional materials, including email signatures, letterhead, PowerPoint slides, etc.

Thiel College has used the shield and wordmark combination as the official institutional logo for more than a year. They are the only approved logo for academic co-curricular and institutional use. Additional athletic logo packages are also available.

Email signatures, brand resources, and a job request form are all available online. A Dropbox folder has been set up with instructions and the materials necessary to create new email signatures. Employees can find other Thiel College-branded resources including letterhead, logos and PowerPoint slides in the same folder.
