GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Thiel College’s Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology has received accreditation from the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
The accreditation signifies the highest standard of excellence in the field of speech-language pathology education. The CAA, a part of ASHA, is the leading authority in accrediting academic programs in speech-language pathology. Thiel College’s rigorous curriculum and commitment to quality education have been recognized through this accreditation, validating its programs’ exceptional standards.

Thiel College’s Speech-Language Pathology program prepares students to excel in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and hearing disorders. This is the first graduate program in Thiel’s 158-year history to receive full external accreditation. In addition, the program’s reported pass rate for the Praxis exam for the program’s fourth cohort is 100 percent. Ninety-five percent of the members of the Class of 2023 have begun their clinical fellowship. The program launched in 2020 and has had 100 percent career placement for its past two graduating classes.
