GNC student update

GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Isabella Bungo ’19 and Professor and Curator of Art Sean McConnor are working on restoring the prints of renowned pop artist Corita Kent as one of the GNC Faculty-Student Research Institute projects being done this summer.

Bungo is also working with Assistant Professor of History Sheila Nowinkski, Ph.D., to document King’s works.

Kent’s works are part of Thiel College’s private art collection.

Kent’s art and the research will be part of a display in the Weyers-Sampson Gallery during the 2018-2019 academic year.
