GREENVILLE, Pa.—Thiel College Professor of Art Sean McConnor, M.F.A., was the juror for the Butler Institute of American Art’s midyear exhibition and is showcasing his work at the Sans MOCO Gallery in Greenville, Pa.
The solo exhibition of paintings and drawings are on display through Sept. 8. The Gallery, 172 Main St., is free and open to the public. Exhibition hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday.

The annual exhibition is on display until August 20. Founded in 1919, the Butler Institute is the first museum of American art.
McConnor has been teaching at Thiel College—a leading liberal arts college in northwest Pennsylvania—since 1999. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in art education from Kent State University and Master of Fine Arts in painting from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
