Erie native named Thiel Team member of the month

GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Charlie Lichtenwalter ’21, of Erie, Pa., was named Thiel Team member of the month for January.

Lichtenwalter is a 2017 graduate of Mercyhurst Prep and is an accounting and finance major with a minor in economics.

His activities include the Dietrich Honors Institute, the golf team, Kappa Sigma fraternity and chess club.

“My favorite thing about Thiel College is the relationships that I have developed in my time here,” he said. “The professors have helped guide me through my material, and my friends are ones that will stay with me for a lifetime.”

The Thiel Team comprises students employed by the Office of Admission. The students primarily serve as ambassadors for prospective students and their families, but they are also responsible for a variety of other jobs and including work on mailings, market research, telemarketing, event support and other administrative, professional and office duties.
