GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Alexis Brown ’26 will serve as the president of the Student Government Association at Thiel College for the 2025–2026 academic year.
The 2022 graduate of West Geauga High School is a political science major and is in the pre-law program. She is also pursuing minors in communications media, international studies and English. She has been active in a wide range of student organizations at Thiel, including Active Minds, the Coaster Club, the music honorary society, Culture Club, the photography club and Rotaract. She has also served as a conversation leader, helping foster dialogue among students from diverse backgrounds.
The Thiel College Student Government Association serves as the voice of the student body, advocating for student needs and promoting engagement and involvement across campus. The SGA General Assembly consists of five elected executive board officers, class officers for each academic year, and representatives from all recognized student organizations. All members have voting power and work collaboratively to allocate funding and support student-led initiatives.
Meetings are held bi-weekly during the academic year and are open to the entire student body.
