Members of the Thiel Players get together to discuss their shared time on stage! Bill Robinson shared his famous cosmos and cheeseball recipes for those attending (see below).
FROZEN PEACH COSMOPOLITANS: Mix one part WHITE CRANBERRY JUICE, One part PEACH SCHNAPPES, One part VODKA. Mix together and put in freezer overnight. It will be a wonderful slushy, icy concoction the next day. If, for some reason, you wish to remain conscious, I recommend going lighter on the vodka. Also, Bill used to serve ASTI SPUMANTE at his Homecoming parties, which is also excellent.
VEGETARIAN CHEESEBALL: 12 oz. of Philadelphia cream cheese, 4 oz. of shredded cheddar, 2oz of chopped up scallions, Small amount of Worcestershire sauce. Mix together and form the cheeseball. Refrigerate overnight. Roll in chopped walnuts. Serve at room temperature with crackers of your choice.
BACON CHEESEBALL: 120z of Philadelphia cream cheese, 4 oz. of shredded cheddar, 2 oz. of blue cheese, 2 oz. of chopped up scallions. 2 heaping tablespoons of mayo. Mix together and refrigerate overnight.. Cover it in real bacon bits. Serve with crackers. (Avoid extremely salty crackers).
