ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES WORKER (Housekeeping)

Openings are dayshift (M-F), but may require some flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends. This is a great role for working parents as shifts start early in the morning and end in the early afternoon.

We are currently seeking full-time Environmental Services Workers. Our Environmental Service Workers are responsible for performing various day-to-day housekeeping services including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing floors, cleaning restrooms, and dusting in academic, event, and residential spaces, as well as performing any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Customer Service Skills
• Professional, confidential, and positive personality
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Must also be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds;
• Working conditions require standing, bending, kneeling, use of stairs and ladders, and use of protective clothing/equipment.

Required:

• A post-job-offer physical exam, drug screening and background check will be required (scheduled and paid by the College).
