GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Malajah Johnson ’23 and Steven Wright ’24 were named the Thiel Learning Commons extraordinary effort award winners for November.
Johnson, of Pittsburgh, Pa., is a biology major and a 2019 graduate of Imani Christian Academy. She is involved in the biology honorary society and Pen Pal Club. She is also a blogger for I’m First, an organization dedicated to recognizing and assisting first-generation college students.
Wright, of Ford City, Pa., is a mathematics major who is also getting a secondary education certificate. He is a 2020 graduate of Armstrong High School. He is a member of concert band.
