Mrs. Fields Cookies’ founder to speak to Thiel College audience Tuesday

GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Thiel College announces Debbi Fields – the founder of the multimillion-dollar company, Mrs. Fields Cookies – will speak to students, faculty and staff at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24 in Bly Hall.

Fields will be speaking from Chapman University, Orange, Calif. and streamed live to Thiel College. Attendees will submit questions via Twitter and Facebook. Those questions will be answered live during the broadcast.

In her presentation “My Recipe for Success,” Fields will discuss pursuing your passions without compromise, surrounding yourself with motivating and supporting people, and holding yourself to the highest standards. She is the founder of Mrs. Fields Cookies – a $450 million company – and a New York Times best-selling author. Fields has since sold her company, which is a market leader among fresh-baked cookie stores.

The event is sponsored by the Thiel College chapter of The National Society of Leadership and Success. This is the second installment of the 2015 multi-speaker broadcast series sponsored by the Society.
