GREENVILLE, Pa.-- The Thiel College Center for Speech-Language Services is accepting appointments for free speech, language, cognition, voice, and hearing screenings and evaluations.
The Thiel College Center for Speech-Language Services is in the Glen Johnson Center. The Center will also provide treatment services to children and adults with communication disorders. Thiel College students in the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program provide the services under the supervision of certified and licensed speech-language pathology faculty.

The clinic’s hours are Mondays and Wedensdays noon– 7 p.m.; Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30–5 p.m.; and Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
“The Center for Speech-Language Services is a great community resource for individuals with communication disorders who are in need of free assessment and treatment services,” Program Director for the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Thiel College Mary Beth Mason, Ph.D., said. “The Center also provides valuable clinical experience for our students and helps them earn the 400 clinical clock hours needed for certification and licensure.”
About the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology
The Thiel College MS-SLP Program offers students a broad range of clinical experiences across the Speech-Language Pathology scope of practice, lifespan, and with diverse populations. Current MS-SLP students have already gained a variety of clinical practicum experiences in our on-campus clinic, private practice, out-patient, and public-school settings via both in-person and telepractice. Students will spend their final semester this summer working in a variety of healthcare settings including outpatient hospital, inpatient hospital, and skilled nursing facilities
