The Annual BikeMS Escape to Lake fundraiser once again comes to Thiel for the overnight.  A link to the official website is below followed by a tentative brief rundown of the schedule.

Saturday, June 13th:

8:00 a.m. -11:00 am Staff arrives to set up finish line area, T-shirts, nurses station, etc.
11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. -Key pick up and check in for riders and volunteers -SGR
11:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. -Snack Reception for riders and volunteers, location to be determined
11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. -Medical room open in Career Services office
2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. -Lutheran Heritage Room
4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. -Team Village and Beer Garden
4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. -Passavant Center Shuttle stop
4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Dinner in the cafeteria

Sunday, June 14:

Breakfast in the cafeteria from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Hotel shuttles stop 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Luggage/dorm golf cart stops 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
