"The members of the English Department faculty are always willing to go the extra mile for their students, and to me, the professors and students have become not only an academic community, but also a family. Thanks to their guidance, I feel prepared to share my love and knowledge of literature with high school students."

"[Thiel] provided a hands-on learning experience and the attention I needed. Even though I graduated with an English writing degree, I went to work in the world of logistics and construction. Employers were very impressed that I had this degree, but also was very flexible and willing to adapt."
