We watch a lot of video in America. Not only is video content engaging, but it is more widely distributed and accessible than ever before. But where is all that video coming from?

Many amateurs produce content on their phones. But even with today’s improved smartphones, professional quality productions are typically not coming from mobile devices. Instead, those videographers often turn towards video studio rentals to produce their projects. The Thiel Media Studios is your local resource to affordably produce your content needs.

Our standard business hours are <8 am -to- 8 pm>. Monday through Friday, but weekend and extended hours may be available upon request.

Video is an ideal medium for storytelling. But what kinds of stories can you tell? Here are 3 types of videos.

• Educational videos: how-to training videos, webinar informational videos
• Promotional videos: testimonials, corporate videos, product review videos, advertising
• Informational videos: public service announcements, interviews

When joining us for the first time, we ask that you meet with our staff to assess your skill level and familiarity with our equipment. Together, we will determine how much or how little supervision is required.

Depending on where you are located, renting a studio can cost $500 or more for a 10-hour day. The costs can go up from there if you’d like to add on things like a professional assistant. We think you’ll agree that the Thiel Media Studios is a cost-effective option.

Our Isolation (ISO) room accommodates up to four in-person guests or unlimited virtual guests over Zoom, Teams, or any other virtual conference platform. Your recorded audio is delivered via digital download to your email.

Interested in a video podcast? The studio comes equipped with <##> mounted cameras and operation of the equipment is easy using our DIY mode or hiring a professional assistant. See below for more details.

Prior to signing your contract, we would like to review your project plan. This will help us assess how much and what type of assistance you might need. It will also allow us to help you keep your project on schedule and on budget.

A central project plan combines all details together. Your plan might include:

• The script
• Your ideas
• Storyboards
• Schedules
• Shot lists
• Workflow checklist

Neither studio option has an assistant included in the base price. If you’d like one, we can find one for you.

We will send you your files via Dropbox immediately after your session is complete. If you’d prefer to take your footage with you before you leave Thiel, just bring a USB drive and we’ll transfer the footage for you.

The rental agreement details other key parts of the process, such as what happens if you must cancel your video studio rental. You’ll see that we do not allow any explicit material, sound levels over 70 decibels, alcohol, tobacco, or any hazardous materials.

• We do everything we can to make the process as simple as possible. If you’re new to videography.
• We ask everyone to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your reservation. This helps ensure that you get the most out of your time with us.
• We DO NOT allow: Explicit material, adult filming, nudity, sound levels over 70 decibels, hazardous materials, cooking, pets, glitter, smoke machines, or tobacco.
• When in doubt, ask. Furniture cannot be removed from the building, but can be removed from the studio they are in.
