Junior neuroscience major honored as Thiel Team member of the month for March

GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Jade Rhoads ’23, of Franklin, Pa., was recently named the Office of Admission Thiel Team Member of the Month for March.

Rhoads is pursuing majors in neuroscience and social psychology along with a chemistry minor and an English certificate. She is a member of the Thiel cross country and track and field teams, the Neuroscience Club, ACS, Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, the Sigma Kappa sorority, and is a super tutor in the Thiel Learning Commons.

“My favorite thing about Thiel is the community around campus,” said Rhoads. “I love that I have a close relationship with my professors. They know my name and what I’m involved in, which is really nice.”

The Thiel Team comprises students employed by the Office of Admission. The students primarily serve as ambassadors for prospective students and their families, but they are also responsible for a variety of other jobs and including work on mailings, market research, telemarketing, event support, and other administrative, professional, and office duties.
