Thiel College to host inaugural USTA-sanctioned Tomcat Tennis Tournament in July

GREENVILLE, Pa.—Thiel College is hosting the inaugural Tomcat Tennis Tournament, a Level 6 United States Tennis Association-sanctioned event on July 12-13 at the recently updated tennis facilities.

This milestone event marks the first USTA tournament hosted at Thiel and will welcome junior tennis players from across the region and beyond. Four singles divisions will be offeredRegistration is now open and will close on Sunday, July 6.

“Thiel Athletics is proud to welcome this USTA-sanctioned event to our community as we work to grow the game of tennis across the region,” Thiel College Director of Athletics Isaac Collins said. “It’s a great opportunity to showcase our outstanding tennis facility and the vibrant spirit of Thiel College.”
