GREENVILLE, Pa.—The Thiel College Office of Admission has recognized Alexa Beck ’26 as its Thiel Team Member of the Month for February.
Beck is a double major in actuarial studies and mathematics from Greenville, Pa., with a minor in business administration. She is the President of the Creative Writing Club, a member of the marching band, the lead tutor, and the editor-in-chief of The Phoenix. Additionally, she is a member of Kappa Mu Epsilon and contributes to the Admissions Thiel Team.
She said her favorite thing about Thiel College is “the community we have here on campus.”
“Everyone is always so welcoming and supportive like a giant family! Also, the math department is quite cool,” Beck said.
The Thiel Team comprises students employed by the Office of Admission. The students primarily serve as ambassadors for prospective students and their families, but they are also responsible for a variety of other jobs and including work on mailings, market research, telemarketing, event support, and other administrative, professional, and office duties.
