GREENVILLE, Pa.—The nationally-recognized Thiel College cheer team is bringing back its annual Lil’ Scratchers youth cheer camp for participants ages 4–12 this summer with a country-themed twist.
“Lil’ Scratchers is Back and We’ve Gone Country” will take place July 9–10 in Beeghly Gymnasium on the Thiel College campus. The two-day camp is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day.
The camp will feature cheer instruction, games, activities and themed fun led by members of the Thiel College Cheer program. Participants will also receive a camp T-shirt and bow as part of registration.
The cost is $80 per participant.
In early April, the Tomcats claimed their fifth consecutive top three national finish at the prestigious NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The Tomcats won a national championship in 2023, finished second in 2022 and third in 2026, 2025 and 2024.
