Spring forward - 2am becomes 3am for much of the US.  Yep, you are losing one hour of sleep this evening and my car clock goes back to telling the correct time.  

There is a lot of talk about ending the this semi-annual practice.  Doing so would require a congressional repeal or revision of the Uniform Time Act.  Arizona and Hawaii did not like it from day one and opted out in 1968.
