The Penn Nu chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Thiel College will be hosting our annual Walk-a-Mile in her Shoes philanthropy event on April 11, 2026. This event supports Mercer County Aware, whose main goal is to eliminate domestic and sexual violence in Mercer County, PA. They are committed to educate, support, and advocate for all people who are suffering from domestic and sexual violence in Mercer County. That's why the brothers of Penn Nu will do our part to raise awareness and money for Mercer County Aware. We will be doing this by wearing high heels to signify "walking a mile" in a domestic violence victim's life. Here at Penn Nu, we are taught to be leaders in our communities; that's why the brothers of Penn Nu will be strapping into our high heels and asking for your help to give those close in our community the support and strength they need to get through the pain they are going through. We are asking Mercer County, Thiel College, and the Sigma Phi Epsilon communities to come show your support. On behalf of the brothers of Penn Nu, we want to say thank you, and we hope to see you there.
