Based on a recent presentation by the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE), this Common Hour program will note challenges college students experience when encountering "Stereotype Threats" and "Imposter Phenomenon". After defining these two concepts, we will discuss strategies for mitigation in order to a foster a community of belonging.

This session is intended for Thiel College faculty and staff.
