Wednesday, March 5th begins the time of Lent. a period of 40 days of fasting and prayer leading up to the Christian holiday of Easter. Many churches traditionally hold services where ashes, a sign of mortality and repentance, are imposed in the shape of a cross on the forehead. Distribution of ashes will take place on Thiel’s campus during the following times and locations.

• ON CAMPUS:  7:00am - 8:30am HMSC, Lower Level - Pastor Brenda Martin
• ON CAMPUS: 10:30am – 11:30pm HMSC, Lower Level -  Father Brandon, St. Michael Catholic Church
• LOCAL SERVICE: 9:00am - St. Michael Catholic Parish, Greenville PA
• LOCAL SERVICE: Noon - Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Greenville PA
• LOCAL SERVICE: 7:00pm  - Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Greenville PA
