    About the Business Administration Minor

    Thiel’s Business Administration minor provides career-enhancement opportunities for non-business majors seeking to improve their marketable skills with exposure to critical business functional areas.

    Business Administration Minor Objectives

    The program provides foundational knowledge in communication, management, and budgeting as tools to accomplish professional tasks effectively. Students will acquire:

    • A basic grasp of management principles.
    • Knowledge of budgeting, including structure and uses.
    • Awareness of basic legal issues common to all organizations.
    • Develop interpersonal skills and learn to be a valuable member of a team.
    • Be prepared for entry-level employment in the field of business.
