• $25 million truck chassis project program manager including design, quality program, and facility construction
• Granted patent for development and installation of truck rail straightening system
• Project manager for procedures and work instructions leading to ISO-9000 certification
• Automotive stamping facility superintendent
• Metal fabrication facility plant manager including negotiating 5.5 year labor agreement
• General manager of fabricated, pressurized steel containers
• Administered collective bargaining agreements with United Steelworkers, United Autoworkers, and Teamsters
