GREENVILLE, Pa.—The Thiel College women's cross country team was named a 2021 NCAA Division III All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association last week.
The USTFCCCA awards the All-Academic Team honors to teams that maintain a cumulative 3.1 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale. The Tomcats earned a 3.54 grade-point average as a team as one of 163 programs in the nation to earn the honors. This is the second consecutive year that the Tomcats have earned the honor.
The Tomcats placed 10th this year at the Presidents' Athletic Conference Championship and 29th at the NCAA Regionals.
