• ENG 340 (Shakespeare)

• ENG 345, 355, or 365 (Novel)

• ENG 440 (Literary Criticism)   

• ENG 455 (English Language)  

• ENG 495 (Special Topics Seminar)

• Any two other literature courses not taken to fulfill the above requirements.
