B.A., Economics, California State University of Pennsylvania; J.D., Ohio Northern University School of Law; taught at Steubenville Community College; founding member of the Greenville, PA law firm of Orr and Karson where he practiced for ten years; Assistant District Attorney in Mercer County, 1976 - 1985, during which time he grained significant trial experience as lead prosecutor in over 100 jury trials; currently a partner in Keck & Karson, LLP, his practice emphasizes real estate, estates, and litigation from both plaintiff and defendant perspectives including personal injury, wrongful death and insurance coverage and claims; Thiel College, Adjunct, 2005 - present.
