Career Opportunities
The Arthur McGonigal Department of Business Administration and Accounting provides students with many opportunities to obtain a career in their field. By working with the College's Career Center and multiple companies, we are able to attract potential employers both to Thiel and other locations to interview our students for various positions. Here are a few examples of these opportunities:

In October, Thiel College is part of a large Accounting consortium in Pittsburgh. Each year accounting firms in the surrounding areas interview our students for positions. Some of these firms include Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young and Alpern Rosenthal.

Throughout the fall, Thiel is visited by a variety if companies. For the accountants, there are multiple regional firms and local firms as well as companies looking for accountants to join the private sector. Various companies also interview our business majors on campus for management positions.

During your career at Thiel, we will also work hard to find you possible co-ops or internships. We have been working with local companies which often hire college students to work in their accounting or business departments.


Alumni
Thiel keeps close tabs on its alumni. This is very beneficial to the students that attend Thiel because it increases our connections to find students positions in their chosen fields. During a student’s career at Thiel, they will have opportunities to meet with alumni and begin to form their own connections. We are firm believers in a strong network of friends and acquaintances.
