Tomcat Way helps guide Galiardi through undergraduate journey

Emma Galiardi ’24 gives a brief reflection of how the Tomcat Way has been in an important part of her undergraduate experience.

“As a junior at Thiel College, the Tomcat Way model has inspired me to flourish within my collegiate years. When I first began, I was overwhelmed with questions about college life and how to be successful within my respective majors. But, thanks to the Tomcat Way all my questions were answered! My favorite aspect of the model is the third step; Belong and Lead. Here, I have had the opportunity to join and start my own club on campus. Gaining new experiences has motivated me to strive to my greatest potential. The community at Thiel College is a wonderful atmosphere to be in. The friends that I have made here have helped me to enjoy my time being a Tomcat! Being a leader on campus has made such a positive impact on my Thiel journey. During my senior year, I Envision that I will continue to grow as a Leader thanks to the Tomcat Way.”
