For the 21st time, the Thiel Tomcats are the champions of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC). Four Tomcats won individual titles Friday, leading Thiel to the team title at the 56th annual PAC Wrestling Championships, which took place at Washington & Jefferson College.

Take a quick look back at the Feb. 5 Founders' Day celebration where Dr. Robert C. Olson '60, H'09 was honored with the Louis and Barbara Thiel Distinguished Service Award and Thiel College faculty and staff were recognized for their contributions in the last year. The video was produced in-house using the Pedas Communication Center’s equipment and technology.
The Roth Hall Rallying Against Cancer Relay for Life team is expanding. The team will have a new name that reflects all the members on the team: Roth Hall, The Learning Commons, housekeeping, faculty, etc.
This weekend, the new team for the April 11 event at the Rissell-Schreyer Dome will be registered on the Relay for Life website. Once that is complete, participants can sign up as a team member.

Thiel College education majors studying Eric Jensen’s book, “Teaching with Poverty in Mind: What being poor does to kids’ brains and what schools can do about it” in Dr. Doug Hazlett’s class were featured on Monday's front page of The (Sharon) Herald.
The reporter spoke to several students and Dr. Hazlett. The book the students are using details the cognitive and physical changes that happen in young developing brains continually burdened with stress.
