GREENVILLE, Pa.—Thiel College has named Keri McElhaney as the Coordinator of Student Health Services/Nurse.
McElhaney, a licensed practical nurse from Jamestown, Pa., brings extensive medical experience and a strong commitment to patient care. She previously served as the Lead Clinical Nurse at Children’s Community Pediatrics in Wexford, Pa., and worked as an office nurse at Springdale Pediatrics in York, Pa. Most recently, she was the Lead Clinical Nurse at Helping Hands Pediatrics in Sharon, Pa.
Thiel College’s Health Services provides treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, basic first aid supplies, blood pressure screenings, and non-prescription medications for cold, sinus, and flu symptoms. The office also offers referrals to area healthcare specialists and agencies. Health Services is located on the lower level of the Howard Miller Student Center, near the cafeteria.
