GREENVILLE, Pa.—Renowned Pittsburgh-area documentary filmmaker Rick Sebak will visit Thiel College’s James Pedas Communication Center at 7:30 p.m. Monday to screen and talk about his work.
Initially asked to come and watch his 2003 documentary, “Kennywood Memories,” with the College’s Coaster Club, Sebak instead suggested that he would screen some of his other works as well. The event will be hosted by the Coaster Club and the Pedas Fellows and will give audience members an opportunity to interact with Sebak and ask him some questions.
“I thought it might be more fun for everyone involved if I just brought a set of clips from several of my shows, and maybe I could ask some trivia questions,” Sebak said. “I hope folks will just come and maybe ask me some questions, too. Who knows?”
The event is in Stamm Hall and free and open to the public.
