Compelling Campus Facilities

Where a student lives, learns, and plays is essential to the overall student journey. Investments in these areas reinforce the importance facilities have on recruitment, retention and student success. Rhodehouse Science Building, Graduate Programs Wing and residence hall renovations demonstrate the relationship between venue and programming excellence.

Planning is underway or complete for several major projects, including:
  • Daniel and Dorothy Spence Academic Center renovations began spring 2023 and were completed in 2025.
  • Rissell-Beeghly Gymnasia renovations and further enlargement and enhancement of campus athletic, wellness, and recreation facilities.
  • Campus-wide beautification to foster positive student engagement.
