Recipients of a NetVUE grant, Thiel tasked itself to building a developmental framework for vocational reflection and what vocation means for our students. By the end of the academic year, we formed a developmental plan for students to engage and think about meaning and purpose in their academic and co-curricular experiences, during and beyond their time at the college.
