The Frangakis Business Hub is a new, modern facility located on the first floor of the Daniel and Dorothy Spence Academic Center. As part of a campus renovation, it provides updated offices for Business and Accounting, Mathematics, Exercise Science, and Biology departments. It also offers spaces for student use and connects to the Class of 1974 Atrium. The dedication occurred during Homecoming in September 2025.
