The Office of Special Events facilitates internal and external events held on Thiel’s campus from inception to completion for students, faculty, staff and outside parties. The special events staff will help schedule facilities and arrange for use of A/V equipment and other services to enhance presentations, lectures, social gatherings and community functions.
Reservation forms for campus facilities must be submitted to and approved by the Office of Special Events. In addition to food service costs, event sponsors will be charged for rental linens (tablecloths and napkins), floral arrangements, technical fees and musician fees where applicable.
