Electrical Service Outages
As part of the renovations taking place on campus this summer, electrical service to the following buildings will need to be turned off on the dates noted:
• Harter Hall – July 13
• Gymnasia – July 20
• Sawhill Hall – July 27
The contractor expects the outages for these buildings will last the entire day while the electrical equipment in these buildings is upgraded.

Hempfield Station One Pavilion

Greenville Area Community Theatre presents "The Drowsy Chaperone"

William A. Robinson Theater at Thiel College
This award-winning "musical within a comedy" features the first (and only) performance by GACT's long-time director Dr. William A. Robinson! All tickets are sold at the door. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students/seniors.
Johnny Angel and the Halos with the Greenville Symphony Orchestra
Saturday, Aug. 4, including a car cruise-in from 4-7 p.m. and concert at 7:30 p.m.
Passavant Center at Thiel College
Listen to original and unique renditions of your favorite music like you've never heard it before! Bring your classic car or motorcycle to enter in the car show before you rock and roll at the concert! Food will be available at the car show. This rare event is a fundraiser for the Greenville Symphony. Tickets are $20 during presale and $25 at the door. For more information, visit the Greenville Symphony website.
2nd Annual Lucky Ducky Race
Sponsored by the Shenango Valley Professionals and Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Sharon Car Cruise
Saturday, Aug. 11 at 2 p.m.
"Adopt" a rubber duck to race down the Shenango River for a chance to win $1,000! (Winners need not be present to win.) Tickets are only $5. All proceeds benefit the Community Food Warehouse, Shenango River Watchers and the Community Library of the Shenango Valley.

2012 Mercer County Heart Walk Scheduled

Registration begins at 9 a.m., walk begins at 10 a.m.

Our goal this year is $1500, and anyone connected to Thiel—faculty, staff, students, alumni, friends—are welcome to join our team. Raising money is easy and can even be done completely online!
