The Thiel Leadership Development Institute operates on a points system. Students wishing to receive a TLDI Certificate of Completion must earn 550 points (450 required points plus 100 elective points). The TLDI coordinator keeps record of student-leaders' attendance in all leadership related events and awards points according to the following points system:
