What is LeaderShape®, Inc.? LeaderShape®, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to developing young adults to lead with integrity™. In partnership with Thiel College, The LeaderShape® Institute helps us to create a world of possibility on our campus and collaborates to the personal and leadership development of our undergraduate students. The LeaderShape® Institute is one of the premier leadership development programs for young adults in the country. Since its inception in 1986, The LeaderShape® Institute has developed a national reputation and has impacted the lives of over 23,000 individuals. Students that have completed the program have found it to be one of the most enriching, empowering, and unique experiences in their lives.

On January 3-8, 2006, Thiel College hosted its first campus-based session of The LeaderShape® Institute with remarkable results, graduating 31 Thiel students from the program. Other 11 students joined us from Marietta College and Youngstown State University. From January 4-9, 2007, Thiel College hosted its second session, graduating 25 Thiel students from the program.
