How do I get a job On -Campus?
 

  1. Student Shows interest by filling out an Application in the Student Employment Office (SEO) which is located in the Howard Miller Student Center - Student Life. . Student Employment Application

  2. SEO keeps a current database of applicants and is continuously kept informed of open positions by departments

  3. Open positions will be posted on the web at  On-Campus Job Opportunities or in the Student Life Office.

  4. SEO will direct applicants to applicable departments.  Student will then interview with department

  5. Supervisor will notify the Student Employment Office by e-mail or phone that the student was hired as well as # of hours and pay rate.

  6. Student will be notified by student employment office that they were hired and will be asked to complete paperwork at the SEO.

  7. Once student has completed the proper paperwork, the SEO will give the student an EMPLOYMENT PASS to hand to the supervisor which notifies supervisor that student is permitted to work.

  8. Student will meet supervisor to schedule hours and begin working.
